To apply, first complete the online application, which we will assess. If you’re successful at this point you’ll be invited to take a Watson Glaser critical thinking exercise, which tests your verbal reasoning and analytical skills.
If you meet our benchmark percentile in the Watson Glaser critical thinking exercise, you will be invited to an interview with a member of our Graduate Recruitment team. This is a competency-based opportunity for you to expand on your application form and for us to learn more about your abilities first hand.
The final stage of our application process is an assessment centre. The assessment centre will involve a role simulation assessment and a case study interview, both of which will give us an idea of how you’d perform as a Dentons trainee. The case study assesses your ability to analyse information, reach conclusions and generate ideas and the role simulation assessment will give you a real flavour of what it could be like to practise law at Dentons.
We understand that applying for a training contract is a two-way process, so during the assessment centre you’ll have the opportunity to meet partners, associates and trainees, have a look round the office and ask lots of questions – so you can be sure we’re the right Firm for you.
Applicants who successfully complete this stage will be offered a training contract.
